The 2025 REIQ Awards for Excellence night was one to remember for Matthews, where agencies across Queensland came together to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Queensland’s real estate professionals. After a fantastic night, we are incredibly proud to share that Harry took home the Rising Star Property Manager of the Year Award!
The Rising Star Property Manager of the Year award recognises exceptional performance of a new property manager in the real estate industry. The award is selected via specific criteria, including the prioritisation of professional development, prominent levels of customer service, significant achievement over the previous financial year, and being able to manage two significant risks encountered over the 2024/25 year.
Harry’s continual effort and dedication to his landlords has been displayed by this award; focusing on his exceptional property management service to his owners and tenants. Through hard work, focus and passion, Harry has delivered outstanding results in the industry, with the award being a testament to his continual great service.

In addition to Harry’s exciting win, we are also proud to have be finalists for multiple other categories:
- Multimedia Award – This award recognises outstanding achievement with the use and distribution of marketing material across multiple channels in relation to residential or commercial properties for sale or lease.
- Contribution to the Community – The award highlights the support and initiatives an agency would take in supporting their local community (through donations or commitment to local groups)
- Medium Agency of the Year – This award recognises excellence in residential agency practice for a medium sized agency (11-25 employees) and operates from a sole location.
All these nominations highlight all the diverse ways Matthews Real Estate strives to make a positive impact in the Queensland real estate industry, as well as our local community.
A Night of Celebrations at the REIQ Awards for Excellence 2025
The REIQ awards night brought agencies from across the Queensland real estate industry together, recognising excellence, professionalism, and high-quality service across all facets of the industry. The evening helped celebrate all the fantastic achievements of the talented professionals and agencies across the industry and we are beyond thankful to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) for hosting such an amazing event.
