Once your maintenance is logged, our team will forward the request to your Landlord for their instructions.
If an issue arises that requires urgent attention, you will be able to escalate the matter through the chat service to help determine IF it requires after-hours attention and how the issue can first be isolated and ensure both you and the property are kept safe.
If you need to report a maintenance issue to your Property Manager, you can now submit them directly to your property manager via the Console Tenant App. The app is available for both Apple IOS and Android and can be downloaded for free from the App store or Google Play store. You can also lodge requests on the Bricks and Agent website or email your Property Manager directly.
Bricks and Agent is a convenient system allows you to submit detailed requests, and include photos and information that can help us to resolve the issue quicker. You can also check the status of any request 24/7 on your smartphone, tablet or via the website.
