Once your maintenance is logged, our team will forward the request to your Landlord for their instructions.
If an issue arises that requires urgent attention, you will be able to escalate the matter through the chat service to help determine IF it requires after-hours attention and how the issue can first be isolated and ensure both you and the property are kept safe.
If you need to report a maintenance issue to your Property Manager, you can now submit them directly to your property manager via the Console Tenant App or via the above chatbot. The app is available for both Apple IOS and Android and can be downloaded for free from the App store or Google Play store. You can also email your Property Manager directly.
