Tenancy Application Form
PROPERTY INSPECTION

Applicants must inspect the inside of the property prior to being approved. If a property is not yet available for inspection you can submit an application which is "Subject To Internal Inspection". We will advise you when the property is available to inspect. Once inspected you decide if you wish to proceed with the application.

APPLICATION

An application form must be completed for each adult person wanting to reside in the property. It must be completed in full and the privacy statement signed. Applications that are not complete will not be processed.

UTILITY CONNECTION – We offer a free service through Direct Connect for the connection of your utilities. Completion of this section of the application form is optional. If you do complete this section and your application is successful we will pass your details onto Direct Connect. They will contact you to confirm your details and connection timings.

We require the following documents to support your application:(as many as possible)

1. Photo Identification (Drivers Licence, Passport or 18+ Card) – Must provide at least one of these
2. Income Details – Last two pay slips, Centrelink Statement, Employment Contract, Letter of Parental Support or Bank Statements showing regular lump sum deposits – Must provide at least one of these
3. Last Four Rent Receipts (if currently renting)
4. Copies of Bills (e.g. Phone, Electricity/Gas ….etc)
5. Current Motor Vehicle Registration Papers

It generally takes between 24 to 48 hours to process applications. We will let you know the outcome regardless of whether application is successful or not.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN APPLICATION IS APPROVED

We will contact you by phone to advise that your application is successful. We will ask you to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent to secure the property. This can be paid by cash, cheque, money order or Internet Banking. This must be paid as soon as possible as we will continue to promote and show the property until payment is made. An appointment will be made for you to make a tenancy signup. At the signup the holding deposit will become the first weeks rent. You will also need to pay the second weeks rent and a bond which is equivalent to 4 weeks rent. Payment can only be made by cash, cheque, money order or Internet Banking (which must be receipted prior to the sign up date).
